Onam, the festival of happiness, peace and prosperity was celebrated in great zest and zeal at LIPS on 7th Sep 2019. A special skit was staged by the teachers who gave a message to stand in unison during the time of natural calamities. The children tapped along in delight to traditional onam songs played on tape. The principal of Lips Raseena ma’m wished everyone at the party.
The principal in her message highlighted the fact that onam teaches lessons of brotherhood, happiness, contentment, devotion, sharing, sacrifice and surrender to the Higher Self. A delicious feast was served for the children. Various programmes like tug of war, shoot out, balloon breaking etc were also organized on the same day. It was really a memorable day in the history of Lips. The din of the cheer made everything else to dwarfing itself. All the events were colourful by the successful coordination of Vice Principal Sreeja miss, Sadique Sir, Sanod Sir and Asif Sir.
